Kristy Grisdale // Director

It is Kristy’s strong conviction in community and love of God that brought her to Frontlines in 2005. Having worked in disability advocacy, fundraising and education, Kristy brings a wide knowledge base to Frontlines. Kristy’s fun loving nature and her heart for growth and change have enabled her to flourish in community ministry. Kristy holds a BA in Sociology from the University of Waterloo and an MSc in Sociology from Bristol University, UK.

Rian Scott // Frontburner Coordinator

Rian was drawn to Frontlines because of our focus on community service. Rian wants to affect change in Weston by providing guidance, health and nutritional awareness. He is dedicated to helping children and youth reach and manifest their fullest potential. Through the medium of food, it is possible to heal the individual and the community. “Let food be your medicine and the medicine your food.” Rian has experience teaching in Brazil and Mexico. He has worked for the City of Toronto taking care of and teaching young children. Rian has also attended university for philosophy.

Felix O // Strong Man and Project Rejuvenation Coordinator

Felix has a joy that is hard to contain. He is a generous and inspiring individual with a passion for fitness. Felix began working for Frontlines in 2004 and he feels that he’s at Frontlines to serve the community. Felix believes that, in the long run, the challenges one faces when working with youth are far outweighted by the rewards. Felix is currently completing his Pre-Fire Service Diploma at Seneca College.

Stephanie Reid // Administrative Assistant and Volunteer Coordinator

Stephanie Reid is a loving, energetic and caring individual. She enjoys working with people, especially youth and children. Stephanie feels that she has been called to Frontlines to work in ministry. She first came to Frontlines as a co-op student. Stephanie works creating programs, mentoring children, facilitating volunteers and assisting with various other programs. Stephanie holds a Social Service Worker Diploma from George Brown College.
